C.W. SCHULTZ was founded in 1921 by Carl W. Schultz and has remained in the original location for over 96 years at 216 Parrish Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
In 1946, Carl’s son, Henry W. Schultz, joined the business full time after graduating from Drexel University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In 1956, Carl turned the ownership of the business over to his son Henry and C.W. Schultz incorporated in 1976.
In May of 2006, Henry passed away and his wife B.J. Schultz took over as President of the Company.
In 2018, C. W. Schultz & Son celebrated its 97 Year Anniversary. In 2013, George Schirra and Ed Wilson became the new owners of C.W. Schultz & Son, Inc. Together they bring 50 plus years’ experience in mechanical contracting, specializing in commercial/industrial HVAC, refrigeration and design-build contracting. They are committed to continuing to provide the same outstanding customer service the Schultz family built their reputation on. The business has expanded to include facilities management and energy services.

They are approved contractors for both PPL and UGI utilities.
