Although the news of a worn out furnace was bad news, C. W. Schultz softened the blow. Their shared knowledge and experience assured us that we were getting a better replacement furnace and equipment. The inspectors and techs were consoling, polite, reliable, informative and professional. I was particularly impressed by their appointment scheduling and ability to keep their appointments. They even called prior to let us know they were not the way. Joe and his team did a top notch job installing the new furnace on one of the coldest day of the year. They removed our head knocking, low hanging system of pipes and constructed a well thought out professional structure. Joe took the time to explain his timeline, what would be done, made sure we understood how to monitor and use the system, plus cleaned the area before they left our home. I'd be happy to recommend C. W. Shultz to my friends and family and will certainly call on them again.

C.W. Schultz installed a new water softener for me. What a great job and nice neat work. Price was excellent as well! Technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. Our Rinnai water heater needed to be flushed and they performed that as well. Our water has never been better! Kudos!!! 5 stars!!
